This interactive and engaging program will demonstrate how healthy eating can be simple, delicious, and enjoyable. Specifically tailored to seniors, participants will learn to create nutritious Greek yogurt parfaits using simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, granola, nuts, and natural sweeteners. The presenter will highlight the nutritional benefits of each ingredient and discuss how they can positively impact health, especially regarding heart health, blood pressure management, and overall wellness. Participants will assemble their own parfaits during the class, providing an enjoyable hands—on experience.
